Chris obtained his PhD from UCL in 2021, under the supervision of Andreu Font-Ribera and Thomas Kitching (UCL). During his PhD, he used hydrodynamical simulations to build a new framework to model the clustering of the Lyman alpha forest on megaparsec scales. He is now a postdoc at New York University, applying machine learning techniques to different areas of research.
